How are you fueling?

Kids are back in school. Weather is in that perfect post-summer/pre-autumn temperature. Busy routines are starting up again. Now the question is: what are you doing to benefit your body each day? Are you meditating, working out, eating healthy? This is the time to really get back into a steady routine with your health- before the holiday seasons jumps up and rocks the boat. I am back to my yoga, my early morning meditation, my long walks/hikes with my dog and being really aware of what I'm putting in my body (except for that moment of weakness at Shake Shack last week-eeks!). I try to ask myself: is the food I'm putting into my body fueling & benefiting me OR is it harming or working against the needs of my body?
