Upcoming Menu

This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 12/18

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted sweet potato, dried cranberries, goat cheese, turmeric roasted cauliflower, pomegranate seeds, great northern beans, toasted pecans, cucumbers with pear herb dressing 

Tuesday 12/19

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, lime ginger soy chicken, thai black bean salad, corn, jicama, shaved radish,  pickled red onion & shredded carrots, toasted peanuts, cucumbers with mango lime dressing

Wednesday 12/20

Quinoa with mixed greens, tuna salad (touch of mayo, capers, celery & lemon juice), tomatoes, celery, red onions, cucumbers, chickpeas, sunflower seeds with a lemon balsamic dressing 

Thursday 12/21

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted apples, maple roasted Brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, pepita seeds, toasted hazelnuts, haricot verts, with apple maple dijon dressing 

Friday 12/22

Wholewheat couscous with mixed greens, grapefruit segments, cucumbers, red onion, toasted pistachios, jicama, fennel, cannellini beans, roasted butternut squash with citrus turmeric dressing 

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls.
