This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

power bowl:  protein, fiber & nutrient dense bowls. a complete meal in one bowl. 


Monday 7/8

Quinoa with mixed greens, lemon roasted broccoli, spicy Asian slaw, pineapple, black beans, cucumber, edamame, toasted almonds, scallions with lemon ginger tahini dressing

Tuesday 7/9

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, chipotle & honey chicken, mango, cucumbers, corn, jicama, black beans, pepita seeds, pickled red onions with a creamy avocado cilantro lime dressing

Wednesday 7/10

Quinoa with mixed greens, shredded chicken, crispy bacon, grape tomatoes, chickpeas, pine nuts, scallions, hard boiled egg, blue cheese with herb balsamic dressing

Thursday 7/11

Quinoa with mixed greens, turmeric roasted cauliflower, dried cherries, pecans, roasted zucchini, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, chickpeas with our 3B dressing ( balsamic, beets, blueberries)

Friday 7/12

Quinoa with mixed greens, citrus grilled shrimp, mandarin oranges, shredded carrots, cucumbers, chickpeas, mint, dried apricots, red onion, pistachios with a citrus turmeric dressing

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls. Make sure to add to your cart before checkout.
