Current Menu

This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 5/13

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted sweet potato, roasted zucchini, goat cheese, dried cranberries, Pepita seeds, cucumbers, chickpeas, scallions with a berry balsamic chia dressing

Tuesday 5/14

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, tomatillo roasted salsa chicken, black beans, corn, roasted sweet potatoes, pineapple, cucumbers, fresh cilantro, jicama, Pepita seeds, cotjia cheese with avocado lime dressing

Wednesday 5/15

Quinoa with mixed greens, Maikana tuna salad (capers, parsley, lemon juice and a touch of mayo), three bean salad, cucumbers, red onion, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes with a lemon balsamic dressing

Thursday 5/16

Quinoa with mixed greens, shredded chicken, crispy bacon, hard boiled egg, haricot verts, grape tomatoes, scallions, sunflower seeds, chickpeas, cucumbers with an avocado herb dressing

Friday 5/17

Quinoa with mixed greens, lemon & herb grilled shrimp, orange & grapefruit segments, cucumbers, chickpeas, toasted pistachios , fennel, dried cranberries with a lemon balsamic dressing

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls. Make sure to add to your cart before checkout.
