Taco Tuesday bowl: taco seasoned ground turkey, black beans, corn, grape tomatoes, green pepper, cheddar cheese, pickled red onion, rice, mixed greens with an avocado cilantro dressing (GF, can be DF upon request)

Dinner

Thai coconut curry chicken & pineapple with basil & toasted cashews over coconut brown rice (GF, DF)
