This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Quinoa with mixed greens, grapefruit segments, blackberries, steamed haricot verts, toasted hazelnuts, shredded Parmesan, cucumbers, chickpeas, mint with a lemon raspberry vinaigrette 

Tuesday 4/17

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, chimmichurri shredded chicken, black beans, corn, red pepper, jicama, cucumbers, pepita seeds with an avocado cumin & cilantro lime dressing 

Wednesday 4/18

Quinoa with mixed greens, tuna salad (mayo, lemon juice, Brown Dog fancy mustard), celery, capers, cucumbers, cannellini beans, grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onions, corn with a lemon balsamic dressing 

Thursday 4/19

Quinoa with mixed greens, lemon grilled shrimp, roasted zucchini, grape tomatoes, roasted asparagus, mint, pine nuts, cucumbers, chickpeas, scallions with a lemon tahini dressing 

Friday 4/20
