It's about that time in January where we all start falling off the resolution wagon. This year, I did not make any resolutions, but I did make goals to achieve. And I will admit, a couple of those goals ended one week into the new year.  

No iphone in bed...sorry couldn't handle it. But I did change it to no iphone on Sunday mornings, which has helped me unwind immensely on the weekend. Needless to say, it's always a little bit of a struggle until you find your stride.

That being said, you can still refine your goals and keep up with them. Although statistics say that 80% of resolutions will fail by February, you have a choice, right here and now, to stick to it. You got this!!
