Monday

Breakfast

Strawberry, banana, peanut butter & chocolate overnight oats & chia seeds topped with vegan chocolate chips, toasted almonds & hemp seeds (Vegan, GF)

Lunch

Sweet n Savory bowl: roasted sweet potato, corn, chickpeas, blueberries, cucumbers, scallions, red pepper, haricot verts, sunflower seeds, quinoa, mixed greens with a pear herb dressing (GF, can be DF upon request)

Start your day right parfait: almond butter & honey yogurt topped with strawberry basil compote, fresh banana & cinnamon toasted oat & chia seed granola (GF)

Lunch

Taco Power Bowl: classic salsa ground chicken, black beans, corn, pepita seeds, fresh pineapple, rice, cucumbers, pickled red onion, shredded cabbage & carrots, cheddar cheese, mixed greens with a chipotle basil dressing (GF, can be DF upon request)

Dinner

Caprese turkey burger (mozzarella, tomato & basil) over herbed quinoa & lemon roasted broccoli (GF)
