Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted sweet potatoes, figs, pomegranate seeds, chickpeas, cucumbers, scallions, toasted pistachios, goat cheese with a pomegranate strawberry dressing
Wholewheat couscous with mixed greens, lemon dijon balsamic chicken salad, cucumbers, corn, grape tomatoes, cannellini beans, grapes, cranberries, toasted pecans with a balsamic poppyseed berry dressing
Quinoa & farro with mixed greens, blackberries, roasted sweet potatoes, haricot verts, chickpeas, celery, mint, toasted hazelnuts, pecorino romano with a lemon raspberry dijon vinaigrette
