Current Menu

This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 3/18

Quinoa with mixed greens, turmeric roasted sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, pineapple, dried cranberries, black beans, toasted almonds, cucumbers with our 3-B dressing (beets, blueberry, balsamic)

Tuesday 3/19

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, taco seasoned shredded chicken, black beans, corn, black olives, grape tomatoes, scallions, cheddar cheese, radishes with avocado herb dressing

Wednesday 3/20

Quinoa with mixed greens, Asian chicken salad, shredded purple cabbage & carrots, edamame, sesame roasted sweet potato, scallions, cucumbers, corn, snow peas with miso ginger dressing

Thursday 3/21

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted broccoli, shredded carrots, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, edamame, cucumbers, roasted sweet potatoes with berry balsamic chia dressing

Friday 3/22

Quinoa with mixed greens, lemon & garlic grilled shrimp, triple bean salad. haricot verts, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, sunflower seeds, cucumbers with a lemon herb dressing

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls. Make sure to add to your cart before checkout.
