This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted zucchini, edamame, cashews, scallions, cucumbers, cabbage & shredded carrots, corn, snap peas  with miso ginger dressing

Tuesday 7/24

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, salsa verde shredded chicken, black beans, corn, grape tomatoes, pepita seeds, cucumbers, scallions, shredded carrots & cabbage with a chipotle orange honey dressing

Wednesday 7/25

Quinoa with mixed greens, tuna salad (made with capers, celery, tad bit of mayo, lemon juice), shredded carrots, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, canellini beans, celery, red onion with balsamic herb dressing

Thursday 7/26

Quinoa with mixed greens, chicken salad (made with Greek yogurt), peaches, toasted pecans, cucumbers, chickpeas, celery, red onion with a peach balsamic dressing

Friday 7/27

Quinoa with mixed greens, mango, roasted beet, mandarin oranges, scallions, goat cheese, pepita seeds, fennel, cucumbers, chickpeas with a berry balsamic chia dressing
