This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

LEVU (LARGE) BOWLS

Monday 1/22

Quinoa with mixed greens, chickpea curry salad (made with Greek yogurt), cucumbers, celery, golden raisins, scallions, toasted almonds, roasted apples, grapes, with citrus turmeric dressing. 

Tuesday 1/23

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, cumin & lime ground turkey topped with roasted tomato salsa, cucumbers, corn, black beans, cotija cheese, pepita seeds, shaved radishes, scallions, jicama with an avocado & cilantro dressing 

Wednesday 1/24

Quinoa with mixed greens, lemon & dill roasted salmon, lemon roasted broccoli, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, haricot verts, with tzatziki dressing 

Thursday 1/25

Quinoa with mixed greens, herb roasted carrots, pickled red onions, blueberries, cucumbers, roasted beets, cannellini beans, roasted sweet potatoes, sunflower seeds with pear herb dressing 

Friday 1/26

Wholewheat couscous with mixed greens,  orange & grapefruit segments, shaved fennel, roasted butternut squash, cucumbers, chickpeas, goat cheese, toasted almonds, scallions, dried cranberries with 3-B dressing (blueberry, balsamic & beet) 

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls. Make sure to add to your cart before checkout.
