This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 11/12

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted red pepper, Parmesan, haricot verts, cucumbers, cannellini beans, basil, artichokes, black olives, pine nuts with a lemon balsamic dressing

Tuesday 11/13

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, taco seasoned chicken, pineapple, cumin roasted sweet potato, black beans, corn, scallions, cucumbers with a lime cilantro dressing

Wednesday 11/14

Quinoa with mixed greens, cinnamon roasted apple, toasted pecans, maple roasted Brussels sprouts, blue cheese, dried cranberries, cucumber, chickpeas, with a cranberry maple chia dressing

Thursday 11/15

Quinoa with mixed greens, cranberry herb chicken salad ( made with Greek yogurt), toasted almonds, grapes, cucumbers, chickpeas, red onion, celery with our 3-B dressing ( beets, blueberries & balsamic)

Friday 11/16

Quinoa with mixed greens, crispy bacon, blue cheese, cucumbers, chickpeas, hard boiled egg, grape tomatoes, scallions, haricot verts, sunflower seeds with a Dijon honey herb dressing

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls. Make sure to add to your cart before checkout.
