This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Quinoa with mixed greens, orzo, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, feta, mint, grilled asparagus, red onion with a lemon dill dressing 

Tuesday 3/20

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, chimichurri chicken, black beans, corn, shredded carrots, mango coleslaw, jicama with avocado & cilantro lime dressing 

Wednesday 3/21

Quinoa with mixed greens, cilantro & garlic roasted tofu, roasted broccoli, edamame, scallions, cashews, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, chickpeas with a carrot miso ginger dressing

Thursday 3/22

Quinoa with mixed greens,almond & cranberry chicken salad (made with Greek yogurt), strawberries, toasted almonds, cucumbers, chickpeas, corn, red onion with a berry balsamic poppy seed dressing 

Friday 3/23

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted sweet potato, cannellini beans, blackberries, cucumbers, scallions, sunflower seeds, celery, dried cranberries, goat cheese with a pear herb dressing
