This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Wednesday 1/23

Quinoa with mixed greens, turmeric roasted cauliflower, dried cherries, toasted pecans, roasted butternut squash, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, chickpeas with out 3-B dressing (balsamic, beets & blueberries)

Thursday 1/24

Quinoa with mixed greens, shredded chicken, turmeric roasted sweet potatoes, haricot verts, red onion, sunflower seeds, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, cucumbers, chickpeas with a cranberry maple chia dressing

Friday 1/25

Quinoa with mixed greens, cilantro & lime shrimp, mandarin oranges, edamame, cucumbers, red onion, snap peas, shredded carrots & cabbage, pepita seeds, roasted broccoli with a miso ginger dressing
