This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 9/17

Quinoa with mixed greens, end- of- summer fresh figs, crispy bacon, cantaloupe, goat cheese, chickpeas, scallions, cucumbers with a berry balsamic dressing

Tuesday 9/18

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, taco seasoned chicken, jicama,pickled red onions, corn, black beans, mango, pepita seeds, fresh cilantro with an avocado lime dressing

Wednesday 9/19

Quinoa with mixed greens, turmeric roasted sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, haricot verts, cannellini beans, pistachios, red pepper, cucumbers, roasted beets with our 3-B dressing ( beets, blueberry, balsamic)

Thursday 9/20

Quinoa with mixed greens, pecan chicken salad (made with greek yogurt) mint, peaches, cucumbers, fennel, mandarin oranges with an herb balsamic dressing

Friday 9/21

Quinoa with mixed greens, lemon & herb grilled shrimp, yellow pepper, roasted zucchini, cucumbers, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, grape tomatoes, snap peas with a lemon herb dressing

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls. Make sure to add to your cart before checkout.
