This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 5/14

Quinoa with mixed greens, blueberries, roasted sweet potato, goat cheese, scallions, cucumbers, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, corn, chickpeas with our 3-B dressing (beets, blueberries & balsamic)

Tuesday 5/15

Coconut brown rice with mixed greens, taco seasoned ground chicken, grape tomatoes, corn, black beans, scallions, cucumbers, shaved radishes, cotija cheese, pepita seeds with a lime green chile crema dressing 

Wednesday 5/16

Quinoa with mixed greens, tuna salad (dash of mayo, lemon juice & capers), corn, grape tomatoes, celery, cannellini beans, cucumbers, sunflower seeds with a lemon balsamic dressing 

Thursday 5/17

Quinoa with mixed greens, turmeric roasted cauliflower, bacon, spring peas, toasted cashews, cucumbers, shredded carrots, golden raisins with a creamy green goddess dressing 

Friday 5/18

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted broccoli, pineapple, three bean salad, cucumber, red onion, pepita seeds, cilantro with an avocado cumin lime dressing
