Upcoming Menu

This is Maikana Food's upcoming menu. It has healthy power bowls, soups, salads, breakfast items all using wholesome produce. All items are made from scratch. They are made fresh daily and delivered to Darien and Norwalk.

Monday 9/25

Quinoa with mixed greens, cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, cucumbers, blueberries, sliced figs, toasted almonds & goat cheese with a raspberry balsamic poppy seed dressing

Tuesday 9/26

Brown rice with mixed greens, salsa verde shredded chicken, black beans, corn, grilled pineapple, cucumbers, shaved radishes, pepita seeds, cotija cheese, scallions with a lime avocado chipotle dressing 

Wednesday 9/27

Quinoa with mixed greens, haricot verts, sliced fennel, celery, pine nuts, cannellini beans, tomatoes, toasted almonds, scallions, parmesan with a lemon dijon dressing. 

Thursday 9/28

Wholewheat couscous with mixed greens, Asian chicken salad, lemon roasted broccoli, cucumbers, chickpeas, corn, red cabbage & shredded carrots, edamame with a lemon miso dressing 

Friday 9/29

Quinoa with mixed greens, roasted cauliflower, pomegranate seeds, celery, cucumbers, toasted hazelnuts, parsley, chickpeas, haricot verts with an orange cinnamon dressing 

*Shredded Chicken, Grilled Shrimp or Avocado can be added to any bowls.
